Responsibilities you’ll take on:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
- Design and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each student
- Lead engaging therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, and communication goals
- Track, monitor, and document progress with accuracy and attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
- Proactively involve and educate families to maximize therapy effectiveness
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district requirements
Qualifications and experience we’re seeking:
- Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) through the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is ideal
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and on a multidisciplinary team
