Responsibilities you’ll take on:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students with diverse speech and language needs
  • Design and implement individualized treatment programs tailored to each student
  • Lead engaging therapy sessions focusing on speech, language, and communication goals
  • Track, monitor, and document progress with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care
  • Proactively involve and educate families to maximize therapy effectiveness
  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district requirements

Qualifications and experience we’re seeking:

  • Master’s degree or higher in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) through the State Board of Speech Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience with pediatric or school-aged populations is ideal
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and on a multidisciplinary team
