Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist for the full 2026-2027 school year at an elementary site near beautiful Napa, CA. This is a contract position offering 35 hours per week, providing the chance to foster communication skills in a supportive and welcoming school setting.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
  • Valid California SLP licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience in a school environment preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Dedication to evidence-based and student-centered practices

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments for elementary-aged students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with student goals
  • Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and IEP documentation
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student growth and confidence
