Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active, or eligible, state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is highly preferred
  • Previous experience working with pediatric or school-aged students preferred
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students with a range of speech and language disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to address each student’s unique goals
  • Provide targeted therapy sessions and adjust strategies as needed
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date documentation on student progress and outcomes
  • Work closely with colleagues from multiple disciplines to ensure coordinated care and optimal results
  • Actively involve families in understanding and participating in the therapy process
