What you’ll bring:
- Active California Speech Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF considered)
- Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
- Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized education programs, and provide both direct and consultative speech/language services
- Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to collaborative work with educators, parents, and other service providers
Role highlights:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students across elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Administer evaluations and interpret results to develop targeted therapy plans
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Serve as an integral resource for communication needs and intervention strategies within the district
