What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF credentials welcomed
- Previous experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations is beneficial
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to fostering inclusive, student-centered learning environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans based on IEPs and student needs
- Provide direct and consultative services to K-12 students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student success
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
