Key Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure or eligibility (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF welcome)
• Experience with school-aged children (K-12) preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse cultural and linguistic needs
• Commitment to developing and implementing effective IEPs

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat students exhibiting speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Design and deliver individualized therapy plans based on students’ unique needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal-setting and progress monitoring
• Partner with classroom teachers and families to support students’ functional communication
• Maintain detailed documentation in line with school, district, and state requirements
• Provide training or resources to staff and caregivers as needed
