Qualifications:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP licensure for Illinois
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in a school setting or working with K-8 preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to design and implement effective, individualized therapy plans
Responsibilities:
• Provide speech and language therapy services to K-8 students
• Develop, implement, and document treatment plans and progress
• Conduct assessments, write reports, and participate in IEP meetings
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student goals
• Maintain compliance with required documentation and state/federal regulations
