A Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, offering 15-20 hours per week within a K-12 school setting located in Naperville, IL. This contract opportunity is ideal for professionals licensed and experienced in pediatric speech-language pathology, particularly those skilled in school-based services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support student progress.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective communication strategies.
  • Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports adhering to district and regulatory standards.
  • Provide therapy services to students with a range of speech and language disorders during the school year.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology settings.
  • Completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred or completed.
  • Strong skills in assessment and intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders in children.
  • Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams in K-12 environments.
