A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year within a K-12 educational setting, serving students across three schools located in nearby Illinois communities. This contract role is ideal for an experienced SLP with a solid background working in school environments.

Location:

  • Serving schools in Morris and Minooka, IL
  • Elementary to Junior High grade levels
  • Full-time, 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week

Responsibilities:

  • Provide speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 35 students
  • Support students primarily on the autism spectrum, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

  • Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
  • Prior experience working in school settings required
  • Strong knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and related speech-language challenges
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
