Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathology license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience or readiness to support a cross-categorical caseload
  • Skilled in delivering services to K-8 students with a range of communication and language needs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to evidence-based practice and collaborative teamwork

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to a K-8 population across a cross-categorical caseload
  • Assess, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans tailored to students' unique needs
  • Document and monitor progress toward IEP goals
  • Engage with teachers, families, and other specialists to optimize student outcomes
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere
