Step into a vital role supporting student success through speech-language therapy services in a dynamic school-based contract opportunity. This is a full-time position, providing comprehensive support to students in both in-person and teletherapy settings. Here, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals, including Clinical Fellows (CF) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), aiding in the assessment, intervention, and collaborative development of communication skills among school-age children.

Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid state SLP license (or eligibility)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience working in K-12 or pediatric settings
  • Strong foundation in school-based IEP/504 processes
  • Teletherapy/remote therapy experience beneficial
  • Dedication to evidence-based practice and individual student success
  • Collaborative mindset for coordinating with educational teams and families

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
  • Conduct evaluations for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Participate in and contribute to IEP meetings, creating tailored goals and interventions
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Mentor and collaborate with CFCs and SLPAs on caseload management
  • Use teletherapy platforms as needed for remote service delivery
  • Communicate effectively with educators, administrators, and caregivers
