This full-time position offers both monolingual and bilingual (Spanish) speech-language pathologists (SLPs) a chance to work with K-12 students in a dynamic, school-based setting. Qualifications:
- Current Illinois SLP license
- Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-certified SLPs
- Experience or interest in pediatrics, schools, and supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide therapy and assessment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in meetings
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
- Adapt engaging therapy techniques to suit K-12 learners and varying caseload intensities
- Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for multilingual and multicultural students
