Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | Naperville, Illinois

This full-time position offers both monolingual and bilingual (Spanish) speech-language pathologists (SLPs) a chance to work with K-12 students in a dynamic, school-based setting. Qualifications:

• Current Illinois SLP license
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
• Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and CCC-certified SLPs
• Experience or interest in pediatrics, schools, and supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy and assessment for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and participate in meetings
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to ongoing progress monitoring
• Adapt engaging therapy techniques to suit K-12 learners and varying caseload intensities
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for multilingual and multicultural students
