Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- SLP-CCC highly preferred; consideration also given to SLPAs with school experience
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and multidisciplinary planning
- Offer guidance and support to teachers, parents, and staff regarding students’ speech and language needs
- Engage in both onsite and remote service delivery as needed
