Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY)
  • SLP-CCC highly preferred; consideration also given to SLPAs with school experience
  • Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based settings
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and multidisciplinary planning
  • Offer guidance and support to teachers, parents, and staff regarding students’ speech and language needs
  • Engage in both onsite and remote service delivery as needed
