Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state licensure as an SLP, or eligibility to obtain it
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), or strong Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Prior experience in school-based settings, pediatrics, teletherapy, or healthcare strongly encouraged
• Excellent assessment, therapy, and communication skills
• Enthusiasm for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and engaging with parents and teachers

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver evidence-based therapy to children in individual and small group settings, both in-person and via teletherapy platforms
• Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster inclusive and successful educational outcomes
• Maintain timely and accurate records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary student support teams
