This full-time opportunity offers 37.5 hours per week working with a Spanish-speaking caseload at an Early Childhood Center.

Qualifications & Experience

• Active SLP-CCC license required
• Demonstrated fluency in both English and Spanish
• Previous work with pediatric or early childhood caseloads strongly preferred
• Familiarity with school-based settings and IEP processes is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Compassionate approach and cultural sensitivity

Key Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapy services for speech and language disorders to Spanish-speaking early childhood students
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Employ a range of therapeutic interventions that are culturally responsive and adapted for young learners
• Maintain detailed and timely documentation of evaluations, progress, and communication with stakeholders
• Educate and equip families with strategies for language development at home
• Participate in school multidisciplinary meetings and professional development when needed
