Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Naperville, Illinois

We are seeking dedicated SLPs—either monolingual or bilingual in Spanish—to provide vital services to K-12 students. Whether you’re a Clinical Fellow or bring years of experience, you’ll help students thrive both academically and socially.

What You’ll Bring:

• Active Illinois SLP license
• Active Illinois PEL (Professional Educator License)
• ASHA CCCs or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship
• Experience or strong interest in pediatric and/or school-based settings
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish valued, but not required
• Ability to work collaboratively with educators, families, and students

What the Role Involves:

• Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders in a diverse K-12 student population
• Developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Documenting progress and maintaining compliance with state and district guidelines
• Collaborating with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student outcomes
• Providing both direct and indirect services within a supportive team environment
