Your Background Includes:
- An active Illinois SLP license
- A valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
- Clinical competence (CCC-SLP or CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric, school-based, or healthcare SLP services
- Effective collaboration with students, staff, and families
What You'll Do:
- Complete assessments, develop IEPs, and implement evidence-based interventions for students with diverse communication needs
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy for K-12 caseloads, tailored to students’ developmental stages
- Maintain progress reports, participate in team meetings, and provide support to educational teams
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all students, including those from bilingual backgrounds
