This full-time role (37.5 hours/week) runs from ASAP through June 7, 2027, and welcomes both licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and Clinical Fellows (CFY).

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Eligible for SLP licensure or in CFY year
  • Experience or strong interest in working with early childhood populations
  • Solid communication and collaboration skills
  • Dedicated to ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver targeted speech-language therapy to early childhood students
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow SLPs to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in annual performance reviews
  • Engage in monthly colleague meetings and roundtable discussions to foster teamwork and professional growth
  • Leverage resources such as professional development courses and a region-wide social intranet for real-time collaboration and idea sharing
  • Take part in process improvement initiatives and regular 1:1 leader check-ins for support and feedback
