School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Naperville, Illinois

Empower young learners as a Speech-Language Pathologist, supporting kindergarten through second grade students in a welcoming school environment near Naperville, IL. This full-time, contract position offers an established daily schedule, so you can dedicate your expertise to making a meaningful impact on each child’s communication skills.

As a valued member of the educational team, you will work with a manageable caseload of 25-30 students, focusing on delivering push-in services during school hours from Monday to Friday, 7:35 am – 3:05 pm. The caseload and schedule are thoughtfully developed, enabling you to hop right in and provide consistent support from day one.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current SLP-CCC certification
• Experience or strong interest in working with children in early elementary grades
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and staff
• Organizational skills to manage documentation and progress reports efficiently

Responsibilities will include:

• Conducting speech and language assessments with K–2nd grade students
• Developing and implementing evidence-based IEP goals and interventions
• Providing direct and consultative services through a well-established push-in model
• Maintaining accurate therapy records and progress documentation
• Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to maximize student support
