Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Naples, FL

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity as a Speech Language Pathologist, delivering essential speech and language services in a vibrant school setting near beautiful Naples, Florida. This role offers up to 35 hours per week, with assignments at a single school site serving students from kindergarten through twelfth grade.

In this position, you will support students’ communication needs through both direct therapy and evaluations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to foster success across academic and social settings.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Department of Health SLP license is required
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to work with diverse student populations spanning K-12
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Completion of fingerprinting for FL school districts (status may be transferable through AHCA Clearinghouse)
• Willingness to obtain a JLA badge prior to start (can take up to 10 business days to issue)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech-language therapy to students
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans in accordance with IEPs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure optimal student outcomes
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing evaluations of student progress
• Participate in meetings and trainings as needed
