Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current and valid state licensure (or eligibility)
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
• Experience working with school-aged children is a plus
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Adaptable and resourceful, ready to support diverse learning populations

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized therapy plans and update educational goals in collaboration with teachers and other specialists
• Provide direct therapy sessions individually or in small groups
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and regulatory guidelines
• Offer support and education to families, staff, and caregivers regarding students’ communication needs
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
