Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
• Experience with school-aged populations, preferably across K–12
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational documentation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapy techniques to a diverse student body with varying needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from kindergarten through grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators, families, and support staff
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school/district procedures
• Provide consultation and resources to teachers and families to foster supportive classroom environments
• Attend IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as required
• Participate in multidisciplinary team activities to ensure comprehensive support for students
