Passionate Speech-Language Pathologists have the opportunity to make a lasting impact by supporting students across a diverse range of grade levels, from kindergarten through high school. In this engaging contract position, you’ll work with learners in grades K-12, collaborating with educators and families to help each student reach their fullest communication potential.
Your responsibilities would include performing assessments and developing individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs. You’ll provide direct and consultative therapy services, document progress, and participate in IEP meetings as a resource for staff and parents. By fostering clear communication skills, your work directly empowers students to thrive in a school environment.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current SLP licensure (or eligibility) for Idaho
- Previous school-based experience with grades K-12 preferred
- Familiarity with IEP process and experience writing/completing IEP paperwork
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective teamwork and family communication
- Ability to adapt interventions for diverse student populations
