  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for collaborating with students, families, and team members
  • Adaptable approach to working with students across elementary, middle, and high school grades

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12, both individually and in groups
  • Evaluate and diagnose students’ speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and communicate goals with educational teams and families
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and caregivers to support classroom integration and generalization of speech/language skills
  • Maintain clear documentation and comply with all district and state regulations
