A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support students across multiple grade levels. This contract position offers the opportunity to provide specialized speech and language services within a dynamic educational environment.
Location: Naples, ID
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate speech, language, and communication abilities of students in grades K-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech and language goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with educational guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to optimize student outcomes
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid certification and licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 preferred
- Strong knowledge of speech and language development in school-age children
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with students, families, and staff
- Ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet diverse student needs
