Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Active Louisiana SLP license and Louisiana Teaching Certificate
  • Experience providing speech and language services in school settings strongly preferred
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learners and engaging with education teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct assessment and therapy services to students onsite
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and parents
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
  • Progress monitor student development and maintain detailed documentation
  • Consult with teachers, administrators, and caregivers to promote student success
  • Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
