Make a meaningful impact by providing specialized speech and language support for young learners during the 2026-2027 school year! This contract opportunity, located in the Nashua, NH area, is ideal for two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists interested in working with a close-knit, supportive team. The positions are full-time, offering a consistent weekly schedule between 32.5 and 37.5 hours, focusing on an engaging K-2 caseload.

You’ll work one-on-one and in small group settings—typically with 10 or fewer students—most of whom are on the autism spectrum and benefit from AAC devices. Support is readily available, with RBTs and paraprofessionals in the classroom to assist with students’ needs and interventions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP) for schools
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous experience or strong interest in working with K-2 students, particularly those with autism
  • Experience utilizing AAC devices is highly advantageous
  • Ability to collaborate with RBTs, paraprofessionals, and teaching staff to implement individualized plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech and language disorders, utilizing AAC devices as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Deliver direct therapy and track student progress
  • Consult with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
