Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Active Indiana state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is mandatory
  • Experience delivering speech services in a school setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Candidates must be available for onsite work (no teletherapy options)
  • CFs and SLPAs are not eligible for this position

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage a resource-level caseload of students, providing therapy and assessments aligned with their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other school professionals to support students’ communication abilities across academic and social contexts
  • Conduct evaluations and maintain documentation compliant with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to effective educational planning
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging environment for student progress

This full-time contract position allows you to stay engaged with a single, well-defined caseload—separate SLPs manage self-contained classrooms—letting you focus on high-impact services for resource students. You’ll work alongside a dedicated educational team committed to student development and receive ongoing support throughout your assignment.
