Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; clinical fellows considered
  • Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy to accommodate diverse learning needs and disabilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other related service providers
  • Maintain timely documentation and data tracking
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing input and recommendations
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for students’ growth
