Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Active SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) credential
- Valid teaching or state licensure for SLP in Florida
- Previous experience in a school, pediatric, or similar educational setting strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently, organize a caseload, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary students per IEPs
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Track and document student progress, outcomes, and compliance requirements
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to support the success of every learner
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based problem-solving
