Preferred Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLP-CCC credentials required
• Current Florida state licensure (or eligible)
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Commitment to evidence-based practices in assessment and intervention
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, adaptable, and positive in fast-paced settings
• Comfortable working onsite and engaging with elementary student populations
• Newer graduates with solid clinical skills are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with communication disorders
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student success
• Accurately maintain records and prepare progress reports
• Deliver direct therapy services and consultative support as needed
• Contribute to a supportive, inclusive school environment
