Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state license or eligibility (CFs welcomed)
• Holds a CCC or is a Clinical Fellow
• Passionate about working with K-12 students
• Skilled communicator, engaging with students, educators, and families
• Collaborative team player, eager to contribute positively to the school community

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor student progress
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate records and document services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely input
• Adapt interventions to meet unique communication needs of each child
• Provide mentorship or guidance for Clinical Fellows as appropriate
