Speech Language Pathologist in Navarre, FL

Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in school-based settings is ideal, but not required
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to create effective intervention plans
• Implement individualized and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
• Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and ensure compliance with district and state guidelines
• Support and educate teachers and staff on best practices for communication and speech development within the classroom
