Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nazareth, PA

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students’ communication growth in a dynamic school environment near Nazareth, PA. This assignment is approximately from December 13 to February 25 and offers the chance to work with a diverse caseload of about 65 students, ranging from grades 3-12. You’ll experience a consistent daily schedule, spending the early morning hours at the junior high/high school and the remainder of the day at S.S. Palmer, with school hours from 7:15-9:00 and then 9:00-2:30.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology)
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Experience working with school-aged populations, preferably within grades 3-12
• Strong knowledge of educational IEPs, therapy documentation, and progress reporting
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to a caseload of approximately 65 students, grades 3-12
• Evaluate, diagnose, and create individualized treatment plans
• Implement and track progress on IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and staff
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including assessment results and session notes
• Communicate regularly with parents, teachers, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
