As an SLP, you’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists to provide quality services for a caseload of 36-40 students. The position runs from August 3, 2026, through May 20, 2027, offering a consistent, 32-hour work week. Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Current or eligible licensure as an SLP in Arizona
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY designation
- Familiarity with school-based SLP best practices
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with early childhood, elementary, or pediatric caseloads preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapy services targeting speech, language, voice, and fluency for students aged preschool to 6th grade
- Maintain organized documentation in compliance with state and federal laws
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support academic and social success
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate in multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
