Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Nederland, CO

Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in a vibrant school environment. This full-time position serves students from PreK through 12th grade, offering a diverse professional experience in a collaborative educational setting. The role follows a schedule from Monday to Thursday, 7:45 AM to 3:45 PM, providing work-life balance and the chance to truly connect with students and staff.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active SLP-CCC certification required
• State licensure to practice as an SLP
• Prior experience in a school-based environment preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Adaptability in working with a wide range of student ages and needs

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from PreK to grade 12
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s educational goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and district policies
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Provide education and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language development
