In this role, you will put your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) to use, working within a reputable school environment. You'll provide therapy and evaluation services to a diverse caseload, collaborating closely with educators and families.

This full-time, 37.5-hour-per-week position follows a schedule of 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, providing a sense of routine and work-life balance. As the need has recently opened, interviews are being arranged quickly for candidates with strong school-based experience.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current SLP-CCC credential
  • Active state license required for school-based practice
  • Prior experience working with students in a school setting is essential
  • Knowledge of IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Ability to manage and prioritize a varied caseload spanning elementary and high school students

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech/language assessments, diagnose disorders, and create individualized treatment plans
  • Provide both direct and consultative therapy services
  • Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and services
  • Communicate effectively with teachers, administrators, and families
  • Support students’ academic and social success through targeted interventions
