This is a full-time position spanning 37.5 hours each week, scheduled Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 3:45pm. The opening is available immediately, and interviews are being scheduled promptly to fill this essential role.

Ideal candidates possess the following:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Previous experience working with pediatric clients in a school environment
• Familiarity with both elementary and high school caseloads
• Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families
• Solid documentation and organizational skills

Key responsibilities include:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students with a variety of needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, adjusting approaches as necessary for each student’s unique requirements
• Collaborate with educators and other team members to support students’ educational and communication goals
• Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to help guide student success
