Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology and ASHA certification (CCC or CFY)
- Familiarity with pediatric populations and school-based services is an advantage
- Eagerness to collaborate within a school team and communicate with clarity
- New graduates (CFY) and experienced SLPs are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Assess and monitor progress, maintaining accurate documentation
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff
- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers regarding strategies and student progress
- Participated in multidisciplinary teams to support student needs
