Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
- Active state licensure or eligibility
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates also considered
- Experience or interest working in elementary, middle, and high school settings
- Skills in providing both direct and consultative services
- SLPA and SLP-Healthcare backgrounds encouraged to apply
- Familiarity with teletherapy tools and practices a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with educational goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to district initiatives
