This contract opportunity invites passionate Speech-Language Pathologists to provide essential therapy services, making a daily impact in students’ academic and personal growth. You’ll work with a diverse caseload spanning kindergarten through high school, collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure every student’s voice is heard.

What you'll need to succeed:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid SLP license in the state
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience with pediatric and school-based populations preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of IEP process, assessment tools, and current best practices in therapy

Key responsibilities:
• Provide direct speech and language therapy to K-12 students across multiple campuses
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and participate in the IEP process
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Deliver both individual and group sessions to address communication challenges
• Maintain accurate records and compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
