Key Qualifications:

  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
  • Experience working in school environments preferred
  • Comfort and skill in providing intervention for PreK–12th grade students
  • Proficiency in evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborative, communicative approach with students, educators, and families
  • Valid state license or eligibility

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing screenings and assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to students’ needs
  • Offer direct therapy services and monitor student progress in group or one-on-one settings
  • Maintain detailed and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state mandates
  • Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents to enhance student outcomes
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the broader school community
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment that nurtures every student’s communication growth
