Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Open to SLP-CCC as well as Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates—CF supervision provided
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
- Excellent communication abilities for working with students, parents, and staff
- Experience in school-based settings preferred, though not required
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation according to school and regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to implement effective interventions
- Participate in student support teams and IEP meetings
- Deliver therapy and consultation services in both individual and group settings
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs and promote academic success
