This contract opportunity is ideal for Speech Language Pathologists at all experience levels, including those seeking their Clinical Fellowship (CFY) as well as credentialed SLP-CCC professionals. With available positions for both elementary and middle school caseloads, you can look forward to meaningful collaboration with a supportive educational team.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Open to SLP-CCC as well as Clinical Fellowship (CFY) candidates—CF supervision provided
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload
  • Excellent communication abilities for working with students, parents, and staff
  • Experience in school-based settings preferred, though not required

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech and language therapy to students on your caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and maintain documentation according to school and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff to implement effective interventions
  • Participate in student support teams and IEP meetings
  • Deliver therapy and consultation services in both individual and group settings
  • Adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs and promote academic success
