Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility/interest in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous experience with K-8 populations preferred, but clinical fellows are encouraged to apply
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and positive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
  • Deliver therapy sessions to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support academic success
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to IEP meetings
  • Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
  • Provide consultative support and training for school staff as needed
