Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid licensure as an SLP – CCC or eligibility for SLP – CFY
  • Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred, but strong clinical experience will be considered
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and families
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and school documentation
  • Commitment to evidence-based practices and ongoing professional growth

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among school-aged children
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to create supportive learning environments
  • Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for goal development
  • Provide consultative services and resources to school staff as needed
