Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Previous experience in school environments is desirable, though strong CFY candidates are encouraged
- Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
- Collaborate with educators and families to support classroom success and strategies for generalization
- Maintain thorough, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings
- Participate in consultations and ongoing monitoring to ensure student progress
