Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Previous experience in school environments is desirable, though strong CFY candidates are encouraged
• Comfortable working with diverse student populations and collaborating with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students with a range of communication needs
• Collaborate with educators and families to support classroom success and strategies for generalization
• Maintain thorough, timely records and contribute to IEP meetings
• Participate in consultations and ongoing monitoring to ensure student progress
