This full-time role spans a 160-170 day contract at an elementary campus, serving a manageable caseload of approximately 40-45 students in grades TK through 5. The position offers competitive compensation ranging from $60 to $70 per hour, reflecting your expertise and commitment.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active, valid SLP license issued by the state of California
  • ASHA CCC certification strongly preferred
  • School-based clinical experience with elementary-aged children (TK-5), including a variety of communication needs
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and identify students’ speech, language, and communication needs within the TK-5 population
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
  • Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in both individual and group settings
  • Maintain accurate records and timely documentation in accordance with federal, state, and district guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, share assessment findings, and contribute to education plans
  • Educate and support families and staff to optimize student outcomes in and out of the classroom
