Desired Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) required
  • Active state licensure, or ability to obtain before start date
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred, though not required
  • Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
  • Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Passion for fostering inclusive classroom environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP goals
  • Participate in student IEP meetings as a collaborative team member
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of student progress
  • Consult with teachers and parents to support generalization of skills to the classroom and home
  • Provide therapy using evidence-based practices and a student-centered approach
