We are seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist who holds their Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) to collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff. You’ll provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention services while advocating for students’ unique needs. The ideal candidate is passionate, clinically skilled, and motivated to foster growth in a supportive educational environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active SLP-CCC certification
  • Eligibility for Wisconsin state licensure
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred
  • Proficient in conducting speech/language evaluations and developing Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain detailed records in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development
  • Provide direct therapy both individually and in group settings
