Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Current, valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to promote student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Deliver both one-on-one and group therapy sessions
• Offer consultative services and professional guidance to educational staff
