This full-time position (37.5 hours per week) covers PreK, elementary, middle, and high schools within a vibrant coastal region, offering a collaborative and rewarding experience. The caseload ranges from 50-55 students, providing both seasoned Speech-Language Pathologists with CCC and Clinical Fellows (CFY) meaningful opportunities to grow and make an impact.

Desired Qualifications/Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or qualification to begin Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Experience with school-based or pediatric populations, including pre-K through high school
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and practices is a plus
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve students across PreK, elementary, middle, and high school settings within the district
  • Conduct evaluations, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and provide targeted speech/language therapy
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings
  • Adapt therapy for both in-person and virtual learning environments as needed
