What We’re Looking For:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP in Texas
  • Previous experience in a school setting highly valued
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with children and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver engaging and effective speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings
  • Monitor and track student progress, adjusting interventions and strategies as needed
  • Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure cohesive support for each student
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, professional development, and ongoing team communications
