Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
- Eligibility for state licensure as an SLP
- Prior experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations strongly desired
- Ability to adapt caseload management skills according to campus needs and student profiles
- Team-oriented approach and strong communication skills
The position is full-time, with a commitment of 37.5 hours per week. Caseloads vary by assignment: solo SLP’s can expect to manage 35 to 62 students, while SLP/SLPA teams typically serve between 60 and 85 students. The exact caseload and assignment will be determined in collaboration with school leadership to reflect the needs of each campus. You will have the opportunity to provide direct therapy, participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educators and families, and carry out evaluations and documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students in need of services
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and craft individualized plans of care
- Document progress and participate in the development and review of IEPs
- Consult effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to foster student success
