Preferred candidates will possess:

  • Active SLP licensure and relevant certification (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY)
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with adolescent populations
  • Strong assessment, intervention, and documentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other support staff
  • Dedication to fostering supportive learning environments and positive communication outcomes

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting speech and language assessments for students
  • Developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Providing direct intervention to students, primarily at the high school level
  • Progress monitoring and thorough documentation in compliance with school policy and IEP guidelines
  • Consulting and collaborating with teachers and families to support student growth and success
  • Attending meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams as needed

The position is full-time, following a school-day schedule from 7:30 am to 2:40 pm, Monday through Friday, granting you afternoons free for work-life balance. You’ll have an opportunity to interview for this role on August 19th, between 9:00 am and 1:00 pm.
