As the Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll work closely with a diverse student population, providing targeted therapy, collaborating with educational teams, and supporting individualized learning plans—all within a dynamic school environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Current ASHA Certification (CCC required)
  • Active Colorado SLP license
  • Experience or genuine interest in working with K-12 students in a school setting
  • Strong interpersonal communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to adapt therapy techniques to meet individual student needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate and consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student growth
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in accordance with school and legal guidelines
  • Provide ongoing support and resources to classroom teachers and caregivers
  • Engage in school-wide initiatives to enhance communication outcomes for all students
