We are seeking passionate, highly qualified Speech-Language Pathologists for onsite positions that support early childhood, elementary, and middle school populations. Open positions include:

• Itinerant Early Childhood SLP (must hold SLP-CCC; not open to SLPA, CF, or virtual)
• Middle School SLP (grades 6-8, general education; open to SLP-CCC and SLP-CF; not virtual or SLPA)
• Elementary SLP for intensive/complex learners (must have SLP-CCC; not open to SLPA, CF, or virtual)

Key Qualifications:

• Active Delaware SLP license (required, please submit with application)
• SLP-CCC required for Early Childhood and Elementary positions; SLP-CF candidates considered for middle school role
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering student growth across diverse learning needs

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to assigned caseload
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and implement intervention strategies
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultative support
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Engage with teachers and parents to maximize student support

This contract role begins August 19, 2026, and continues through June 15, 2027. Schedules follow district guidelines: Monday through Friday, with hours typically 8:25 a.m. to 3:55 p.m., and a 30-minute paid lunch. Assignments will vary slightly based on exact caseload and school needs.
