Pediatric School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | New Castle, Delaware

Key Experience and Qualifications:

• Valid Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license required
• Experience with preschool or elementary populations preferred
• SLP-CCC credential or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged
• Background in pediatric, school-based, and healthcare SLP settings valued
• Familiarity or interest in teletherapy services is a plus
• Strong communication and documentation skills

What You’ll Do:

• Provide speech-language therapy to students in preschool and/or elementary grades
• Conduct thorough assessments, develop IEP goals, and collaborate on intervention plans
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and state requirements
• Work closely with educators, families, and other specialists to ensure the best student outcomes
• Participate in meetings and team collaborations to support student success
