What you’ll bring:

• Active Delaware SLP license
• Proven experience working as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Strong commitment to supporting diverse student populations
• American Sign Language (ASL) experience is a plus, but not required
• Enthusiasm for collaboration and ongoing professional growth

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans in coordination with educators and parents
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and families to enhance students’ success
