Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- State licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
- Clinical Fellows (CFY) are highly encouraged to apply and will receive strong support
- Experience with pediatric populations or within school environments is a plus
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech or language disorders
- Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ educational goals
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of educational goals
