Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • State licensure or eligibility to obtain required credentials
  • Clinical Fellows (CFY) are highly encouraged to apply and will receive strong support
  • Experience with pediatric populations or within school environments is a plus
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with speech or language disorders
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support students’ educational goals
  • Maintain thorough, timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation of educational goals
