Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field (for SLP roles)
  • State licensure appropriate for Speech-Language Pathologist or SLPA
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility to complete CFY, if applicable
  • Experience in school settings is highly valued
  • Comfort with delivering teletherapy sessions and adapting to digital platforms
  • Clear and compassionate communication with students, parents, and staff
  • Collaborative approach to working with school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans for students
  • Deliver direct speech-language therapy services, both face-to-face and virtually, as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking, and compliance with all requirements
  • Consult with educators and caregivers to optimize student support
  • Attend meetings related to student goals and progress when needed
