Key Qualifications:

  • Active state licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY) or SLPA
  • Previous experience in school, pediatric, or healthcare settings preferred
  • Proficient in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Compassionate approach to working with students and families

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students, either onsite or virtually
  • Conduct evaluations, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track progress
  • Work closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
  • Participate in meetings and provide input on student needs and program development
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to classrooms, contributing to a positive learning environment
