Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP or SLPA state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred for SLPs
• Experience in school environments or working with pediatric populations
• Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, time management, and documentation skills
• Teletherapy experience is advantageous for candidates interested in remote services

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct interventions for students with speech, language, or communication needs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) according to student strengths and areas of growth
• Deliver therapy services, either in-person or via teletherapy, based on student requirements
• Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and necessary documentation
• Consult with teachers and support staff to integrate effective communication strategies in the classroom
• Engage with parents/guardians to share progress and develop home speech-language activities
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall academic and social success of students
