Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- License to practice as an SLP in the state, or eligibility to obtain before the start date

- Experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
- Commitment to ethical, student-centered service delivery
- Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of students
- Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
- Consult and support classroom teachers regarding speech and language strategies
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
