Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • License to practice as an SLP in the state, or eligibility to obtain before the start date
  • SLP-CFY candidates strongly encouraged to apply
  • Experience or interest in pediatrics and school-based settings
  • Commitment to ethical, student-centered service delivery
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic services to a diverse caseload of students
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and legal requirements
  • Consult and support classroom teachers regarding speech and language strategies
  • Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development opportunities
